Web pages of the Ministry of Culture provide general information on the Ministry’s operation and information and data from the field of culture.

The Ministry has the right to change the content of its web pages at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice. The Ministry of Culture or any other natural or legal person that took part in the creation and formation of the Ministry web site shall not be liable for any potential damages arising from access to the web site and use or inability to use information on the web site, e.g. occasional non-functioning of servers, or for any mistakes or deficiencies in their contents. Published contents do not have the nature of an official document, unless specifically indicated otherwise. The Ministry of Culture web site also contains links to other natural and legal persons outside the competence of the Ministry.

Ministry of Culture automatically collects information on the use of the web site; particularly information on which sites have the most visits, how many visitors visit these pages per day and how long they stay on a certain page. This information does not provide insight into the personal information of users. The Ministry of Culture uses information on web site visits for its own needs.
In accordance with the Act on Enforcing Public Interest in the Field of Culture and Media Act, the web pages contain information from the registers and files kept by the Ministry.
